I have installed 32 and 6 bit instant client drivers and can connect using the ODBC manager in control panel, but as soon as I try to use Excel to connect using these same drivers. I am using Windows 7 (64) -> Excel 2010 (32) trying to connect to an 11g Oracle database. Each connection is defined for a specific ElastiCube, so repeat this step for multiple ElastiCubes if necessary. I am hoping I can get a resolution to this issue as it is driving me crazy. Creating such a connection has to be done on every machine from which you want to connect to an ElastiCube via ODBC.
